What constitutes a "full wind"??
How many revolutions of the crown constitutes a "full wind" on a Rolex watch? Does it vary by model/caliber? If so how many winds will give each of the following models full reserve of power:
16610 16750 16700 16713 1601 1500 Thanks. |

EDIT>>>What HE said
No, it is not possible to over wind automatic Rolexes. I also know that I can't over wind my Omega or my Sinn. They "click" when fully wound, but my Rolexes are more subtle and I strain to hear any clicking. There is built in over wind protection.

Thanks for the info - my new ND Sub has not been off of my wrist long enough to wind. Just wanted to be 100% sure.
