I always sleep with a Panerai on. My wife gets mad when I try to bring a few to sleep with us.

This question was asked on the Rolex forum and I answered yes, but I can't sleep with my Panerai on since I'm afraid I'll scratch it. I definitely baby this watch more than my DJII.

My bracelet on my right wrist or, more likely, my wife's watch.

Hmm.. I can see the point of wearing a watch to bed, but not a bracelet (only joking!)
