Seadweller Question - Crystal & Dial

Hi Guys,

Ive just got a quick question, with the seadweller 16660, at what point did Rolex change from plexi to sapphire crystal, and from the matte dial to the gloss dial.

I am looking at a 1993 seadweller, and trying to figure out what it should / shouldnt have. I understand that this year still had the Tritium lume.

Thanks for your help!

There's always a crossover period with Rolex, but most feel anything over about 8.8ish mil should be gloss.

At that year sure it's not a 16600? I want to say the last triple 6s were around 89ish.

Yes it will a tritium dial.
