Movement jiggle

Hey guys. I just bought a datejust circa 1970. I was wearing it and heard some jiggling so I took the band off to see if it was just the band or it was in the case. Turns out it is in the case. When I shake the case it feels like the movement is "sloshing" around in there. It is definitely not in tight.

I'm a new owner so I don't know if this is normal or if it will need servicing soon. Hopefully someone can help me out, thanks in advance.

Are you sure it's not the rotor you hear?
