Basel Teaser Shots....

As usual, Rolex has started with their Teaser Shots

Let's Look at them as best we can enhance them..

First..

Looks like a diamond bezel..

Next... Perhaps Yachtmaster Lugs ??

New Bracelet and flat Bezel ??

Interesting.. I need more of this one ??

Triplock Crown.. Notice the different size dots !! Perhaps Rose Gold ??

Diamonds and gold. Looks like no new Rolex for me. Thanks for enhancing these. Really good job!

Cool, thanks for these.

Are the three different sized trip-lock dots a feature of the new Sub-C or GmtII-C? or Deepsea?

Actually, the 3 different size dots are to differentiate from "standard". Usually you only see the different sizes on white gold and Platinum so you can see that they are not Stainless. Sub C, GMTII, and DeepSea all have standard markings.

The yellow gold has traditionally had the same markings as Stainless because there is no confusion..

Therefore, the different size dots on gold would mean something different.... Rose Gold.......

Platinum and White gold I can understand, but surely the MkI Eyeball can tell the difference between steel and Rose gold...

But a tiny crown with no other reference colors around (or a colorblind watchmaker) could be yellow gold or rose gold..

Thanks for the update, Larry.

As I said in one of my earlier posts, Rolex does have a surfeit of gold and "ice" lying around.............so we can most certainly expect to see a few blinged up DJs and possibly even some of the more popular sports watches.

Anyone else have any thoughts on what appears to be a bezel numeral on the final picture? The contrast is better on Larry's pics

The crown shot should be a steel and rose gold daytona, as the all rose gold daytona debuted last year (the dials for this should be awesome!) The diamond bezel should be available on the 26 mm ladies datejust as they offered a diamond bezel on the 31 mm last year as well.

I really hope the rumors of the Cellini line getting complications like moon phase and retrograde hands come true :)

The satin finish bracelet with the flat bezel is hopefully the Explorer II.
