Hello everyone,
I'm going to get a 116610 at my AD on Saturday. They have several 116610's to choose from. If they have both serial number types, which should I get? A prefix or a random? (Gxxxxxx or a random xgxxxxxyx)
How about some 116610 pics to hold me over a few more days!!

Assuming you are talking about the LN. Here is a lume pic to tie you over.

Personally I think the G serial will probably be a better choice, because they were alot less made than other serials... IMO.

Can't really go wrong though.

It doesn't matter what serial number you get......... It's just a number..

Early congrats on a fantastic purchase. My Sub C is the best Rolex I have ever owned, they are amazing on the wrist.

Serial doesn't matter. What matters is, you are getting an awesome watch that will last a lifetime

No difference. As long as the paperwork is in order and it's all clean. Then it is all good. Just make sure you get a good price and you are set!

It will be the exact same watch . Unless the number would have an unusual sequence or remind me of a particular date , I wouldn't give a rat's rear end what number letter it has .

It makes absolutely no difference either way. The 116610LN is a fantastic watch...congratulations!

BTW, I chose the extremely "rare" V-Serial Sub C for its high collectibility!

It really doesn't matter. Just get the watch, put some scratches on it and be happy!
