New SubC In Afghanistan Along With 14060M And GMT IIC Family Photos!

Well I got another Rolex and I think this will be it for all time....I got the new Sub C which I bought right here on the forum and it finally made it to my base here in Afghanistan after almost 4 weeks shipped registered mail via USPS. I took out two links on this one to fit really well and its a very very nice watch. I think it wears bigger than the GMT IIC, though Im not sure. I think the GMT looks bigger due to the larger font on the bezel but the SubC to me is bigger. I have included wrist shots and a group shot of all three watches...enjoy!! Side note: I HATE taking all the stickers off, GEEZ! A month after I got the GMT, I was still finding little stickers that I missed. I'm sure it'll be the same with the SubC.

Very nice! Getting expensive things through APO is such a pain in the ass... I know how you feel big guy!

For a second, I thought there was a huge scratch on your Sub C bezel but after looking at more pictures, I realized it was your arm hair, lol!

Awesome shots. Big congrats on your SubC.

The SubC has been at top of my list for a while now. She'll be the next one without a doubt. A huge improvement over an iconic design :)

Pics with a camel spider or it didn't happen!

Seriously, that's a great collection you're building up. Enjoy it and keep safe!

First of all, nice trio. Seems like not many people have both the ss gmt and sub ceramics (although I intend to). I think it's great that you have all you are enjoying your rolexes in the desert of Afganistan rather than leaving them home to sit in a safe :)

How do you keep those beauties safe from theft? And, if your base moves or you are on patrol, do you worry about your watches? I'd be worried that my watch would end up on the wrist of some skinny Taliban A**hole!

Great looking trio! I just returned from deployment two weeks ago, albeit from a much quieter place than AFG. Keep safe.

One of those babies can get you out of a jam if you get nabbed or lost out there. Almost better than gold.

Be safe bro.
