Leave the protective stickers on, don't pay attention to the comments about not fully enjoying your while it still has it stickers on.

Its yours and would suggest keeping them since you can hardly see them from far away. And I say keep them on until there literally falling off. Ask your self why rush to the possibility of adding swirls and scratches to the polished parts.
