Time limit on the Tribute Thread?

I am saddened by JJ's passing, he really contributed a great deal to the forum, and we will miss him very much.

With that said, I'm curious about how long the mods are going to leave up the JJ Irani tribute thread (I'm referring to the link at the top of every page, not the thread itself).

Another forum I read has had two memorials up for over 5 years, from long before I even joined, and I never knew the people or even saw any of their posts. I stopped visiting that forum because I didn't want to be constantly reminded of death. It's nice to have a memorial, but it really shouldn't be left up forever.

I only visit this forum about once a week now instead of daily. I've had several relatives die recently, and I like the watch hobby because it's an escape from real life. I'd rather stop visiting this forum than constantly be reminded how much life sucks.

I'm not saying it should be taken down right away, but I think it would be good to set some kind of timeframe.

I guess the mods will give the thread the time it needs.

Not every member is in here everyday and our JJ have a lot of friend here.

I can't see something wrong with it at the top of the side.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.
