The super jubilee has a hidden clasp like the President, and the jubilee has a folding clasp.

The Super Jubilee also has solid links throughout, compared to the hollow links of the older Jubilee. Looking through an old master catalogue (from 1999-2000), there were some 18ct gold Super Jubilees depicted there, so the design has been with us for quite some time now!
