Rolex Buyers or Sellers BEWARE

I recently sold a Rolex on ebay to a B. Wenzel out of Addison TX and he "changed" his mind and wanted to send it back. No Prob. BUT when I got it back it was not my watch ( damaged, stretched band,scratched crystal) and he got away with this thru Ebay. He is a fruad, a scam and a perv he wont stop calling and harrashing my family. His ex I talked to said he has done this many times. So friends out there be careful of the skunk!!!!

if the scammer paid by paypal; the OP might not have had a chance.

I wasn't aware of this. I always withdraw my money from PayPal immediately after it his my account though.

Sometimes however PayPal imposes a holding period before you can extract/transfer the funds out to ensure the buyer is satisfied with the goods purchased.

To all of you out there that read my post about Brad Wenzel out of texas, I only ment to post one story, but had a tech difficulty and posted two my bad. Any way yes I was totally screwed, paypal held the money for three days because I was a new seller and Wenzel was able to get his money back from paypal. So not only due I not have my original watch back but i just found out thru the jeweler I bought the watch from years ago that the box he sent back is a fake and the serial numbers don't match up. Whats a girl to do, I learned a mean lesson that there are people out there that like to take advantage of others. I also believe in karma and what goes around WILL come back to haunt him.

This guy appears to be a serial scammer. The Dallas GTG is meeting really close to one of the addresses he uses...
