I dont know about you, but isnt it awesome...when your wearing a beautiful hand tailored suit, a tie that stops the room, a shirt so crisp...and when you shoot your cuff to shake a hand, or take a sip from your martini, your president flashes out and blings your friends..lol..lol..lol.....i love it.

Don't own any handmade suits, but I have tons of golf slacks and golf shirts, and sometimes I see such bad golf swings, they throw divots all over me and one of watches, Rolex or other.
Welcome to TRF, hope to see ya around.

First, a big welcome to TRF, BIGANT....
And if you're talking about something like this, I couldn't agree with you more.

Don't forget doing an FOD walk down the runway later and chuckling at the remains of a TAG-Heuer worn by some diver who's come along for the ride.

Bloody hell (pardon my French), stories like these are right up my alley! Great stuff. I like the ‘beach bum’ appearance myself. Picture me like this: yellow ¾ Tommy Hilfiger slacks, very, very old Calvin Klein T and Reef flip-flops. Great tan and for the piece de resistance the 16610 on left wrist. Cocktail in right hand of course. Ha, ha, ha! Frans.

Welcome aboard, Anthony!
As unegalitarian as it seems, there is a certain amount of pleasure to be derived from going to a sales rep who has that perspective and asking, "Is that all you've got?".

Well, Frans, you know what I'm talking about. Unless I'm meeting clients, I don't bother dressing up, and some observant people get a bit of a jump when they see the SD sitting on my wrist.
Hmm - is that UN beret yours?

No, nothing really serious happened then, and it's all a long time ago. But it was, BTW, the first time that I tried to land a Rolex. A Sub that had to be ordered in Beirut. It never happened. Take care, Frans.
