The new James Bond watch?

Is the next James Bond going to use the new Sub C or Omega?

Whatever brand pays most for product placement. Bet on Tag Heuer.

For me, the most cheesy, obvious display of product placement in a Bond movie.

Sorry for sounding a bit like the Watch Snob (but without the wit of course), if James Bond were to wear a Tag then frankly that would be outrageous.

No, Omega. that's too obvious.

Seeing that Omega sponsor Bond nowadays I guess it will be the ceramic PO. Btw I saw Licens to Kill on tv yesterday, Timothy Dalton wears a sub date through out the whole movie

Yes, it is pre-production, Sam Mendes will direct. I guess it is the first time an Academy Award director will make a Bond movie. According to imdb.com both Ralph Fiennes and Javier Bardem will star. I hope Fiennes is the Bond villian

If you read the books, as Dell Deaton pointed out, the new Bond watch is the stainless steel Oyster Perpetual Date 115200. If we're talking about the films, then I would imagine the next one would be either the new Planet Ocean or new 300m diver

Probably an Omega, but just because of the business sponsorship! The author expressly wrote that James Bond did wear a Rolex watch!

However Daniel Craig, the last JB, is a Rolex collector!

How much would a product placement be in a Bond movie?
