Please help with this Oyster Date!

Can the experts please be kind enough to provide any info on this watch from these pictures?

It's a gold Date, and I should have the serial and model number tomorrow. As you can see in the second picture there is a 51 stamped behind the end link. Any info from the pics would help tremendously!

It looks to be a ref. 1501 from the early '60s. It would be hallmarked behind one of the lugs I think, and on the inner case back.

How about between the lugs, or did that begin later?

Any idea what that 51 behind the end link might mean?

Between the lugs are engraved the case reference number and SN (at 12:00 and 6:00). #51 is the end piece ID for this 19mm folded link bracelet (which appears to have been previously polished).

Maybe a 1530 from the '70s ? Cant tell if it just says "DATE" or "DATEJUST"
