Please help with this Oyster Date!
Can the experts please be kind enough to provide any info on this watch from these pictures?
It's a gold Date, and I should have the serial and model number tomorrow. As you can see in the second picture there is a 51 stamped behind the end link. Any info from the pics would help tremendously! Thanks! |

It looks to be a ref. 1501 from the early '60s. It would be hallmarked behind one of the lugs I think, and on the inner case back.

Between the lugs are engraved the case reference number and SN (at 12:00 and 6:00). #51 is the end piece ID for this 19mm folded link bracelet (which appears to have been previously polished).
