Andreas my friend, I am only telling you what the press wizards
said to me - do not think for a second that I am surprised you had yours for 3 weeks now - This company (Rolex) are the true masters of deception and para-information. |

Take it for what you will, I called Rolex NY and asked a "retail specialists" when the Rolex Explorer II will be in US Stores, he told me that they should all start showing up mid November.
He sounded serious, and didn't hesitate to tell me. |

Yep. I heard from my AD that they would be mailed around the fifth, and in the store by the tenth or thereabouts. Some have trickled in obviously, but judging by this thread, it sounds like tomorrow may be the big launch date.

They have already been sold in the US. There was a post on here that 4 were sold out of an Orlando store a few weeks ago.

Apart from the store in Orlando I don't think they have been sold anywhere else. That was a Rolex boutique also... so technically they have been sold in the US but they haven't been released to the AD's.
I am going nuts waiting. I am almost leaning to the black... the more I see it in pictures the more I like it. |

Spoke to a London AD yesterday and they said they'd get them in November

November!? That would be a bummer. My downpayment starts earning my AD some serious interest by now. ;-)
