authenticate Datejust
Can someone help to authenticate this watch?
I have purchased other expensive jewelry pieces from the seller previously and have not had any issues. However he had indicated the watch is a personal piece and therefore would appreciate if anyone can help to take a look. Thanks! http://www.ebay.com/itm/190588138453...9#ht_500wt_949 |

Rolex will not put diamonds on a stainless steel watch.
So the diamond bezel is an aftermarket addition. If you take this watch to Rolex for servicing they will insist upon the diamond bezel being removed and charge you for a standard bezel being fitted, alternatively they will refuse to service the watch.

Definitely a bit of an odd ball. SS case and bracelet, yet he states the bezel is diamonds set in white gold.
Either way, in the flesh I don't think this would look very 'at one with itself' with the odd mix of metals and whatnot. There's better out there. |
