24 months with my Rolex DeepSea Sea Dweller
It has been 24 months since the purchase of my Rolex DSSD from my local Rolex dealer in Glasgow, Laings the Jewellers.
I have nothing nothing but praise for the DSSD and comfortable to wear even with my slim wrist.I know a few people has a problem with the small wrist/big watch combo but it suits me fine with no alternation needing done. The DSSD goes with me where ever i travel aound the globe or Scotland and has had zero maintence working at all. It has suffered no scratches and been pretty bombproof as i have accidentally bashed it against walls and tables due to my occupation. It's still in prestine condition and certainly not parting with it in the near future. The DSSD has always been accurate just like my other Rolex collection so no wonder they are near the top of the tree for collectables/resale value. Here is my beast ![]() The DSSD was a present to myself for a bit of gentlemen indulgence and is part of my current collection which consists of a Green Bezel Submariner and Yatch Master II. I try to take turns to wear all watches to keep the ticking but its difficult at times to draw away from the DSSD. ![]() To date i have no Rolex watches failing on me unlike my earlier watch collection of Tags and will no longer been looking back. Thanks gents.
The Yacht Master II is a great everyday sport watch and comfortable to wear. Goes with jeans and t shirt or shirt and tie just like most Rolex does. I like the polished centre on the strap to finish it off. |
