I have my settings at EST but it's showing 1 Hour off?

The forum is showing the time that you have in your settings on your PC.

My computertime is 9.59 and the forumtime is 4.59 = 1 hour off.

PS. At this time of day I'm sure you know where Mickey's hand is (or should be).

No it shouldn't.

You have an option to set it to any timezone in the world and I happen to want it set at EST for several reasons.

I never noticed that , just found it. Try changing the DST setting

Now we're getting closer.

Like I've said from the beginning, I have it set at EST but it's 1 Hour off.
