Some news those rather expensive Rolex ceramic inserts can be ground 0.010mm undersize, handy if your insert needs refitting and you don't want to risk cracking the brittle insert. Bry |

Sorry if any ceramic insert needs to be re-fitted then I would advice that Rolex does it, if they break they will have to replace it.Why even try to grind it down even that could be risky in unskilled hands.
