Does it have the "Rolex" going around the chapter ring? It could still be a black dial Expy!

So, my thinking on this was this...

I wanted a Rolex with the second time zone capability.

New GMT II. $5900 bucks. No discount.

I also wanted a Rolex that I can wear everyday. Not too much bling.

The new GMT II (love it) but it has the polished center links. Too bling for work IMHO.

The Explorer II. White dial? Black Dial? Tried them both on ad nauseum. Thought my AD was gonna have to kick me in the ass to get me to make a decision. Ultimately I just kept being drawn to and smiled at by the black dial. Its classy and elegant. I think.

and the black dial was no hologram, new credit card style warranty. The white dial they had was also Z but had a hologram and older warranty paperwork.

Soooooo....

I pulled the trigger on the Black Dial. LOVE IT!

and...

My AD gave it to me for $900 off!!

Brand new Z serial #, no hologram, new CC Warranty, Black Dial Explorer II for $4100!

as JJ would say..

I AM A HAPPY CHAPPY!!

Thing I like about the Explorer II, sometimes I look at and it looks like a really vintage watch!
