Slow slow slow response from Omega

I sent an enquiry to Omega before Christmas to enquire how to send my PloProf to Bienne. I received the response today, in which time I contacted Swiss Time, received response and the watch has already been posted to the UK and received!

I know Omega are a big company and maybe the cogs turn slow, but that's a long time to wait for a reply.

When before Christmas did you send the e-mail? I don't know if this is an excuse but bare in mind that those employees probably had holidays as well and, therefore, probably had a big load of messages (and work) when they came back!

I don´t think it was very slow.
It has just been holiday season and they probably get hundreds/thousands of emails a day, then I actually find it pretty fast for a big company like Omega.
