The Precisionist name means that it is supposed to be the world's most accurate watch. They managed to protect the movement from both temperature changes and vibration frequency. I believe they did it by protecting the quartz much more (they say they added a third prong but I unfortunately have no idea of what it is) and by increasing the vibrations up to 8 times the ones on a normal quartz watch (which is apparently protecting the watch much more from the effects on the movement's accuracy made by temperature changes). As well, their second hand ticks 16 times per second as opposed to 1 for a regular quartz watch and 8 for all (as they say) mechanical watches.
Voilà!

Unfortunately I can't take credit for it as I had all my information from this page right here! It's very interesting though, makes me want to buy a Precisionist myself!

Thank you Tom!
So, how do you like it? Any quick review? I'd love to know how it is!

Love the look of the applied markers. IMO, the Bulova had played an important role in watch industry.
