If I run my sweep second hand on a daily basis will it cause any problems??Or should I just leave it parked?CJ.

Personal preference, many do. I don't because I use the chrono function regularly.

they say to run your chronograph often this keeps all the gears lube from drying and cakeing, you dont have to all the time but do it here and there.

Yes, use the chrono occasionally to keep things working like they should. I usually run my chronos for a short period of time when I wear them just to make sure things are fine.

Won't cause any problems, go for it.
I used to on my Breitling CSO - ran it for years, no problems other than it is obviously putting more wear+tear on the gears and the oils might run off the gears quicker, but that is simple physics not a "problem."
