Cleaning and rebrushing my 16610's bracelet
I wear my sub everyday no matter what I may be doing. Thus, some scratches find their way onto the bracelet. No big deal for a couple of bucks you can pick up the necessary supplies to get them out and in a few minutes your bracelet can look as good as new (well almost).
Below is a pictorial of my latest rebrushing and cleaning. I ultrasonic my bracelet every 2-3 months and rebrush it a little less often. I don't touch the actual watch case, I'll let the pros handle that at service time. Cheers!

And no matter what type of abrasive you use to re-grain the bracelet, it's going to leave a microscopic abrasive dust that will find it's way into the pins & holes. It would be a real good idea to lay it on edge in the ultrasonic again for a few minutes when you're done.

Great job. I use a scotch brite pad & a 000 steel wool pad to finish..

Looks like we have some of the same supplies:
The Amateur DIY Workshop Well done! If you were to get the Varaet, I would say you wouldn't need to ultrasonic as much. I use the Varaet for in-between cleanings and the solution works great with a toothbrush. |

What works even better than scotch pads are those manicure nail buffing tools.
