It's (correct me if I'm wrong with my verbage)..A TTDJ jubilee with a black face. I look forward to getting to know ya'll. Wayno

Welcome to TRF, Wayno. Glad you've jumped in and joined the fray on the friendliest forum on the web.

You're getting the lingo down just right. Sounds like you've got a nice watch. How about posting some pictures so we can all enjoy looking at what you got.

Here's a post that will guide you through the very simple process of posting pictures.

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=1789

Another technique is to use the Reply function or the New Thread feature. When you open it up, scroll down to the "Manage Attachments" button. Click on that and you can add a file from your C: drive as an attachment to your post.

Welcome Wayno, great watch. I have a 16233 (TT DJ) like yours with a silver dial. Its the best selling Rolex in the world. The jubilee bracelet is the world most recognisable bracelet and what you have there will NEVER go out of style. In my family I am one of 10 men who have the same watch, (dad, uncles on my dad's side, uncles on my moms side, grandfather, parents cousins etc etc)

Enjoy your time here, you will love it. Just watch out for that JJ guy, I heard he is a bit of a psycho

Hi Wayno,

Nice looking watch and a big welcome to TRF.

I couldn't help noticing that you come from New Orleans. Hope the situation there is much better now than it was a few weeks ago.

Cheers - JJ

Hey, c'mon Ed... just go with the grain. Al's been coping with a lot lately on a daydo day basis. One thing's for sure, he's not green, but he does have a warped sense of humour.

Ok, John. I saw him pineing away there. I certainly don't want to clamp down on him and nail him. Just maybe drill him a bit.

Hi and welcome! Don't pay any attention to all those other guys, they all miss a marble or two Not me of course, I'm very sane and very Dutch. The others can testify how sane I am, just ask them. You’ll soon find out just how ‘friendly’ this forum is, because once they've read this message they all turn on me. Very strange.

Take care,

Frans.

P.S. Don’t take any notice of all the back padding, happens a lot here.

"I'm very sane and very Dutch."

Now there's an oxymoron if I ever heard one.

That is almost as unthinkable as Kiwi and normal or Ed and orange.
