Thx Kevin I think this is one Panerai where i wont be doing a lot of strap swapping. It just looks really nice with the brown/tan straps- less versatile I guess

But what's your preference. Dot dial or am/pm? Need to narrow your hunt down. Heehee.

Thank you everyone for satisfying my 233 craving...

Bryan all the straps look great! You have quite the collection! What's your favorite?

My use to be the OEM Black on Black Gator.

Cheers!

Kevin. Boy oh boy. Really hard to pick a favorite for the 233. Probably the OEM gators (JV or brown) and believe it or not the plain black OEM buffalo strap. That one gives it a "sporty" look and is very comfortable and "warm" on the wrist. Will show you one of these days at a GTG!

Here's mine!

I've had lots of different watches. I bought the 233, sold it, had multiple AP's then had to have the 233 again.

Here's mine, I love how low it sits on the wrist for a 44mm watch.
The curved dome makes this a hard watch to take a good photo of.

I have to admit the AM/PM indicator is growing on me. Gives the dial a more updated look.

Lots to love on this one. Always scratched my head over a GMT 2nd hand without 24 hrs marking around the dial.

Isn't the 233 a 12hr GMT? Not so great for international travel but perfect for domestic.

Correct me if I'm wrong I'm still new to this watch, but I thought that is were the am/pm indicator comes into play so even though it's 12 hours on the dial you still have 24 hour capability. Without a rotating bezel it's just not that helpful if you need to keep track of three time zones.

Great looking strap! I'm a fan of thick sticking.
This is why I love this thread, I can see different strap on the Pam 233, which allows me to save money by seeing how they look on, before I purchase.
Keep them coming.
