I take 99% of my pix with either my Sony N1 or Sony N2 point and shoot.
If I feel motivated I will use my Canon G9 which is close to a DSLR and gives me a bit of manual fiddling or my Sony T7 for an in-between. I only use my Sony A55 SLTat home or when I can be bothered carrying it around. If you ever see an old Sony N1 or N2 for sale (they have been discontinued for ever) buy it. They take really crisp pix in macro mode and I usually leave it in macro for long shots and they are fine.

ahhh awesome! I was always curious as to how some of the TRF members get such amazing shots...I just had my friend come over and use his DSLR and macro my pieces, but I'd like to do this myself one day. Thanks for your input!

I use my iPhone 4S a lot, next step up is my Fuji X100 which I really love... If I get serious I switch to the Canon 5DII with great glass :)

For the iPhone, there is an app called camera+
It costs $1-2 to download but the couture a come out very crisp. It is the app that I use for my pics - watches and all :) |
