I have a 16610 that underwent an extensive service at RSC Dallas in March of this year. The service took a watch that was in previous good condition to excellent IMO.
The watch is under Rolex Warranty till 2014.

Movement Service
Case and Bracelet Refinish
New Dial, bracelet clasp, hands, caseback, crown/tube, and Bezel insert.

The total cost was over $2K.
The watch runs at +3 per day. These pics were taken today.
