Pulled the trigger....
After many months of reading posts, visiting my local AD (just a few times) and much deliberation between the 16622 YM, 116334 blue stick dial and the 116610 Sub C, I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the Sub C. Now the hardest part is waiting for the package to arrive. To be honest, my local AD almost got the better of me. My desire for instant gratification ALMOST cost me a few thousand dollars. Thank God i came to my senses. So hopefully if everything goes according to plan, I'll be back in the saddle once again and will be the proud owner of a Sub C.
Come on already, can time go any slower. Geez Thanks to everyone for all your posts and pictures and common sense reasoning. Will post pictures as soon as I get it.

lol! You're in a better place than I am since I haven't found the watch to buy. I plan on getting a Sub ND but still haven't found the right one.

Okay, here is the pic. Mind you, I'm travelling on business so I had it sent to my hotel. I was sweating bullets but Oscar (bodybump) assured me it would be okay. He is top notch and will be buying from him again in the near future. Sorry for the crappy pic.
