Everose or White Gold Daytona?

Remember me and my "which one should I get" dilemma? I hope not, because I'm back seeking more advice

I said many times I didn't like rose gold because it blended (away) with my skin tone, and white looked too much like steel. I was thinking yellow gold. Now that I have tried all of them on (city trip/no wife or kid!) I'm re-thinking.

Yellow gold, as bow-down awesome as it looks, is just too glorious for my taste. As discrete as white and rose gold are, I found I preferred that the watch didn't shout from the mountain tops.

Long story short: thoughts on rose vs white? I am thinking pre-loved, and there are plenty more white at better prices, but the rose with a chocolate dial really wowed me (bracelet model). I also love love love the meteorite dial in white. Price and scarcity are factors. I don't see many (any) chocolate dials with bracelets on the pre-owned market. Meteorite is also scarce but out there, at a significant premium.

So settle for a black dial on rose? White with black/slate/silver arabic dial? And I use the word "settle" very loosely: much as I love rose/chocolate and white/meteorite, I would be ecstatic with other dials, too.

I have re-read my prior posts and processed that advice. Any other or new thoughts? Thanks in advance, or, apologies if I wasted your time

If WG, get Met dial, you won't be disappointed. On the RG, I like the black or gold dial with opposite sub dials.

The Meteorite dial is exquisite!

The RG with black face is very sexy...

I see a man wearing a WG with Met dial and a woman wearing a RG with black face.

Too many hollywood celebs with the RG - that's why I didn't purchase it (as much as I love it)

I say hold out for what you really want or you will be right back making a decision to trade and get the one you want. Never settle. Just wait it out and get your dream watch. JMHO

For me it would easily be WG. The eversose is ugly, to me.

I would suggest you wait and get the one you really want. Both the RG Chocolate and WG Meteorite are beautiful pieces.

Good luck!!!

I got the RG. I didn't get the WG as I'm wanting a WG Sub with the blue dial.

The RG is a beauty. More restrained than the YG, but you still know it's a gold watch, whereas the WG looks like SS (nothing wrong in that, but for your first gold watch, I'd go YG or RG rather than WG. For a first gold watch, I'd want it to at least look like gold).

Can't go wrong with either, RG with a chocolate dial is in my opinion one of the most stunning combinations.

I have been drooling over the Rosegold myself. It something I was skeptical until i saw it in person. Can't stop thinking about it presently and the chocolate dial would be amazing to have on my wrist.

White Gold for my vote.

2 dials are great -

the meteorite......................................the panda

..

The thing about meteorite is each one is unique - some have distinct crystalline structural surface, while others look just like a Yachmaster platty dial surface.

Because of that I'd recommend seeing a meteorite dial before buying or be sure returns are accpeted.

WG with slate dial! I love the modern look of slate grey dials!

Only RG I would get is a AP ROO because it keeps the sporty look together with the bling ;-)
