Updating of CV

Suppose a person is unhappy in a newly joined job, and could foresee leaving after a few months due to some valid reasons, is there a need to include this very short stint in the CV while the person is still on the new job and applying for other jobs?

If the person chose not to include it in the CV and was shortlisted for an interview and tells the truth during the interview, how will this reflect on him/her?

If a headhunter calls the person and he/she reveals the truth, how will this reflect on him/her?

I would include it as "current employment" rather than leave that blank. It is the honest thing and will avoid embarrassment later.

When you accepted the current position you prolly had some goal(s) to achieve in that position. Just include the experience you are getting in the new job in the CV, and be consistent about your goal(s) for the position you are seeking.

Never lie or omit something on a CV. Just asking for trouble.

Yep, something revealed later won't be such a good thing.
