i would like some opinion please

so i bought the new Sub C LV yesterday and got a really good deal on it 15% off MSRP. the dealer was saying there might be a new increase in january. So my question is do you think i should hold on to it and don't take the plastics off and save it. or just wear it:). i like to know what you would do?

Wear it. Why buy a watch and not wear it?

I can absolutely promise the vast majority of responses will be:

Your AD has no real idea and is speaking from his bung hole.

Wear the watch and enjoy!!!

Smarter words could not be said. Don't get stuck on the flipping aspect some people do with these watches. Buy a watch to enjoy it. If you stop enjoying it then trade it for something you can enjoy.
If you aren't going to wear it then there is no reason to buy it.

Congratulations on the purchase and discount!

If you think about it, in 3-5 five years, there should be a few price increases along the way.

Decisions, decisions...

What would I do?

I would not have bought it because I do not like that green.

If I did buy it I would wear it.

What are you holding onto it for?

I don't think I could buy one and not wear it. The stickers on mine never left the AD .

Your AD was correct, there is definitely going to be a price increase.....maybe January, maybe June - who knows for sure. But I guarantee there will be one sometime in the relative near future. Just wear it and enjoy.

Then there's this thread:

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthre...41#post3821941

The way I see it, by the time I'd been a member here several months and had passed 100 posts, I'd read so many threads that I think I had a good sense of what this great forum is all about. By that time I'd already seen so many threads about stickers and discounts and price increases to know everything there is to know about those questions and that these were pretty much tired questions though respectfully dealt with as long as they came from new members.

It appears from the link above that you already have several nice watches, but your question sounds like it's from a total newbie to the world of watches. Any stickers left on those others you have? How did you handle it with those? Did you get good discounts?

Again, given the length of your tenure and post count, I think you might have answered your own questions or predicted the responses you'd get. Just saying, IMO, coming from you,
