SF Bay Area AD

Hi everyone,
I'm a long time lurker on the forum. I will purchase the submariner ceramic no date 114060 next week. I'm wondering what is the typical discount on this model? Would I get a better price at AD at small nearby cities like Sacramento or Auckland ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated?

I wouldn't count on any discount in this area on that model.

And if you ask for that discount, then they'll show you how deep their nostrils are with a snobby cock of their heads back while looking down their nose at your pathetic inquiry. To which you'll ask how much above the poverty line will their commission bring them if they sell you the Sub at retail.

Uh, my inside voice slipped out.

Hey, let me know how it works mans. I'm also thinking about getting a Rolex. I see that you are in S.J., did you try Jade Galore?

So far from what I know, there are a couple Rolex ADs. The closest to you is Jade Galore, then there's Davidson and Licht, Shreve and lastly Ben Bridge. Also Rolex by Tourneau.

I bought an Omega PO, due to the hype on another forum. I should've gotten a Rolex subc like what I've always dreamed off.

I had luck at Davidson and Licht at Santana Row on a EXPII 42mm. They were pretty cool over there.

Don't be surprised if they don't offer you any as that's one of Rolex's best selling watches. Any discount from an AD on that model is good. Cash would work well at Jade Galore.

Plus jade will offer you a cup of hot tea, or you can get a plum candy and small bottle water at D&L

Escobar Diamonds is an AD located in Campbell. Like others have said, you'll have a difficult time getting a discount on a stainless sports model from an AD unless you have a great relationship with them

Good luck at Bhindi's. They will not even lower a penny. I went there about 2 mo ago to see if I could get a deal on a DJ II but I didn't. Not bashing them but just giving you my experience.

Gleim is getting out of the Rolex Business, picked up a SS/Gold GMT II 20 points off last Friday. Not sure what is left, but most of it was 20-25% off when i was there.

I would get it from TRF here. I bought from Jade Galore before, no discount for SS sports watch. Their Sunnyvale store doesn't have rolex anymore, you will need to go to their Milpitas. Good luck with your purchase. Sub is the way to go...

You can always take a ride to Carmel and go to Fourtane Jewlers. They won't give you a discount but the tax is 1% less and it's a great scenic drive and great little town.
