ROO FC Straps?

Hi everyone. I have my beautiful ROO 44mm FC and I was wondering if there are any different leather straps I can put on it. Any idea which ones work on this model and where I can get them from if any?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Any of the Grand Prix straps will fit. I purchased a black exotic skin strap from AP on Hanover St in UK for my 44mm RG. Best to contact AP direct. My cost was £250. I have the FC 44mm and thing the rubber strap is perfect for it. Best of luck.

Thanks for your input man. I was thinking the Singapore GP Black leather strap with red stitching will look amazing on the ROO FC.

I think I will call my AD tomorrow and order one. I hope it doesn't take ages for it to get here.

The exotic skins have importing restrictions in the UK, so if AP do not have the strap in stock it can take a while to arrive. I have read a comment on here from another member who stated that AP made him a strap to order with his preferred colour and stitching. I have had this done on a Patek but never on an AP so it may be an avenue for you to explore?

Personalised strap? That would be awesome! Added a reminder to call my AD tomorrow.

I just visited my AD today. They coud get me the ROO GP straps, the black, or the black with red sides or the crocodile leather strap. Which one do you think looks nicer on the 44 FC? I am inclined to get the one with the red on the sides (the GP FC strap) or i can get 2.

Help?

I can imagine. Do you have any pictures by any chance of an FC on this GP strap?

I actually just called my AD and ordered it. I should get it on Saturday. They have someone in SIHH and will get it for me with him.

Is there a way that i can put the strap on, myself? Do I have to buy any special equipment?

Only a good quality set of screwdrivers and you'll be fine

And a small tip of pink fluid Loctite to be safe!

It's a great combo, you will enjoy it.

Here's a snap for when I had it on my old fc44. It also looks great on steel.

Just a question. I have never bought an AP strap before. As i mentioned before, I just ordered the FC GP strap to use on the ROO FC. How much should I be paying for this strap. I want to now the price as a reference.

Thanks in advance.
