Great Service! :o)

I just wanted to post to acknowledge the great service I've had from Rolex (UK). The clasp on my Sub ND got, ahem, "damaged", and only the safety catch would keep it closed.

The watch got sent off to Rolex, and I was told that clasps aren't really covered for this kind of damage. The dealer did say they would try for a free fix though, but it could be about six weeks from the time Rolex received it before I got it back.

Anyway, three weeks later and it is back on my wrist. The clasp is all nice and tight again, the repair was free of charge and it even came back in a nice velvety green Rolex branded wallet! Best of all, it's back on my wrist where it belongs:

My pleasure (the other part is to strap the watch around, to stop it scratching itself):

You'll struggle to find a service centre anywhere that can match the quality and consistency of Rolex UK
