FS: Panerai 194 - SE Submersible
Hi all,
I have to do some spring cleaning in the watch collection to make way for new purchase and a giant wedding tab I have to chip away at. As you know the 47mm 194 was the Winner of the 2004 Sports Watch of the Year Award and is an iconic beast in the Panerai line up. My 194 is recently back from service where it got serviced and a new SS bezel was put on since the WG markers had problems on the original version. The watch comes complete with double boxes, papers, warranty card and both straps. If you would like more pictures I can always take more. Rating the watch: Bezel - 100 percent flawless. The dot even matches the hands and dial pretty well. Case - 88 percent. There is one ding at the 5 olock position that also hits one of the lugs, this the only major mark on this watch that cannot be polished or brushed out. (Can be seen in my one picture) CG - CG is good, some little marks on the side but no deep dings. Bottom Lugs - As noted small mark / dent on the bottom right lug as seen in the photos. Other lug by the 7 oclock position is fine. Top Lugs - The top lug at the 10 oclock position has a hairline in the brush strokes, this can be removed with a brushing. Side of case - Solid, no marks, smooth even brush strokes. Case Back - Some marks but no major problems. Price for this bad boy is $9500 Shipped. If you have any questions email me at RUpanerai@gmail.com, I have many references, I hope you have them as well. |
