Gold Daytona 16528 Question

Hello,

Did Rolex make the Gold Daytona (Zenith) 16528 in A or P series with the SEL Bracelet?

I know the newer Daytona case has a little different shape, but is the size the same?

Thanks

They had the 78398 Oysterlock bracelet, and yes they had the SEL. And yes they are both 40mm cases.

The Daytona introduced SEL's during the last couple of years of the Zenith 16520/8 movement watches..

The 116520 in 2000 introduced the 4130 movement and solid center links/billet clasp..

The SEL was added to the 16520/3 models during the last few years. The 16528 had the SEL with the non flip-lock clasp when first introduced. The flip-lock was added in mid 90's to the complete line.
