Rolex Service Centre - Australia

Hello all,

Does anyone know if Rolex Head Office in Melbourne, Australia, has a service centre?

If so can you please send me their postal address and describe your experience with them.

Thank you,

Rob.

Steve "Lol-X" will probably also be able to report positive feedback for RSC Melbourne.

What watch are you going to get serviced?

Care for a "before service pic"?

That would be awesome.

Most recently I have had two negative experiences from Rolex Australia:
  1. I wrote them a letter indicating that my GMT II had come with the older booklets and asked if they could send through the newer versions, almost two months, no answer. This thread has reminded me to write a follow up letter and/or go in and see them
  1. My father took his Explorer (1016) there before Christmas as it was gaining a lot of time (serviced less than a year ago so all under waranty), however it has now gained seven minutes in four days

That is my most recent experience with them and I am not very impressed, for years they have been very satisfactory. I didn't even get a calender this year, have been receiving them for over a decade..

re: Rolex Service - Australia

Hello Bo,

'What watch are you going to get serviced? Care for a "before service pic"?' -

My GMT-Master II (16710, Blk/Red).

I'm looking at getting it regulated and wanted to know what experience other people have had.

I always get wary about having my watches serviced. I have tried to attach a couple of pics - hopefully it works.

To all the people have provided information or a yet to provide info, thank you.

Rob

Rosendorffs (AD in Perth in Hay Street) have a service centre. I cannot remember the techs name upstairs, however, his service is outstanding.

Hello George,

Was it recently that you used Rosendorff's?

Thanks,

Hi Rob,
used Rosendorffs on 29 Nov and 1 Dec 2007. Even wrote back to them regarding the quality of the service.

Regards,

George

They sent me one. Give them a call. There's a new girl at the front desk, maybe you got missed.

Yep, Russell is a great guy. He personally serviced both my DRSD and Red Sub.

Steve,

Russell would work for RSC Melbourne? (not a Melbourne AD)

Glenn is the RSC-Trained service center. I've had my watch done by him too, and he told me that he send to RSC Melb.
