Vintage Ladies Rolex ID help!

I'm hoping the collective knowledge on here can help, or point me in the right direction, regarding a vintage ladies Rolex watch.

The story goes like this; My boss knows I like Rolex watches and asked me to about his sister's watch which she had just had "professionally" valued for insurance purposes but they would like to know more if possible. I said sure no problem but when he sent me the pictures I did admit that I've not got a clue but I would try to find out.

It is described as having the reference number 813142 but google does not seem to give any answers. Attached are a couple of his pics so if anyone can give any pointers, even if it is to say it's a franken watch, that's fine as otherwise all I can suggest is taking the watch to Rolex in St James. Thanks guys.
