Pam00187
Here's a few of questions for all you "Subzilla" experts out there.
Is the PAM00187 Chrono 1000 the ONLY stainless steel 47mm submersible... and if so, why hasn't Panerai made another?? It seems that all the 47mm Subzillas and Slytech Subs are all made of Titanium. Could it be a weight concern, since it is a large watch? Personally, I like the heavy case of my Chrono 1000... and strangely enough, I don't really feel the weight when I wear it. Why does the PAM00187 have an external screw down date changer versus the normal winding crown position? I like this unusual feature as it is... quite "out of the norm." Does, or did Panerai ever make a stainless, or stainless/titanium bracelet (the older "crown guard" type model... not the current "straight link" design) for a 47mm case / 26mm lugs?? If Panerai doesn't... they should. Would you know of a GOOD aftermarket version? Thanks!! B i l l |
