Would love to see more 116718 green pics please :)

I got my 116718 (green) a few weeks ago and would love to share my enthusiasm with other fellow green dial owners.

Even though the black dial gets maximum votes and most folks have a proclivity for the same, some of the pics I saw by Painter and a couple of other members were the coup de grace that made me make up my mind :)

Thank you very much. I wanted to go for something other than black as I already have a Submariner and a TT Daytona with a black dial.

Looks great. Congratulations!
We had similar thought processes regarding how to mix up the colors a bit.
With the SubC LV, it only made sense to get the black dial GMTII. You just reversed the procedure. Good call

Love the green dial. For my painfully ambiguous and obvious comment of the day, the 718 looks absolutely gorgeous in either green or black.

That green dial on YG is simply fantastic. When I decided to get the GMT-C tt version I so wanted the green dial (saw a couple at AD), but it was taking too long so I settled for the black dial....no regrets though.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!! The more I see all of your shots and read your comments, the more I love looking at the time on my watch. :) I know that black is the perfered choice as it is very universal. Goes with any dress code and color combo. But this green is very unlike the other greens that Rolex carries.

This one , aptly called "Forest green", reminds me of a walk down the winding roads of a verdant and quiet forest. The peace and quiet interspersed by the chirping of the birds and the sun shining in pockets like the small white markers.

All that from a watch?!?! Yes. :)

Enjoying all your photos.

I do like the gold font, same on the blue sub, and would love to see this on the black dial.

As for your watch conjuring up a picture, whenever I look at the YG GMTc the numbers make me think of a tiger's stripes so I think of this as the Golden Tiger.

I think it would slot into a rotation with the Platona quite nicely

It's only fair, the QueueCumber Platona incoming thread was making me reconsider my feelings on the piece.

Here is fine. Looks bright green in sunlight, medium green indoors and almost black at night.
