I contacted Jimmy last month about a Tudor he had listed for sale, Jimmy told me that he had just sold it, but he thought he could find another. Sure enough a couple hours later he called and said he found one. Thank you Jimmy for going out of your way, and a great transaction. I know Jimmy doesn't need my recommendation he has plenty of perfect references.
I would do another deal with Jimmy in a minute.
