Which 1520 to keep?
I have 2 1520 movements on my bench. A 17 jewel and a 26 jewel. I am going to sell one and put the other in an empty Air-King case I have. I would like to know which is the more valuable movement. Is the 17 jewel rarer than the 26 jewel? Is the 26j worth more because of the higher jewel count? I know that you mostly see the 26, but is the 17 worth more because of that?
Interesting question, I know, and maybe tough to answer. I just need to know which to keep and which to sell. Dave
