FSOT: FP Journe Chronometre Bleu - $16500
These days, FP Journe is probably one of the most respected, revered, and yet surprisingly attainable in all of horology. It's amazing the level of craftsmanship the FPJ is able to produce at the price point. And amongst the stellar line-up, arguably the most universally desirable piece is one that could be called "entry-level" if it didn't do the watch such a disservice.
For how could you call a watch with such a dynamic dial, solid gold movement, and tantalum case "entry-level"? It's a grail-worthy watch and absolutely could be the pinnacle or cornerstone of any collection, regardless of the other watches it sat next to. A modern size and timeless design make this almost a surefire classic in the years to come. These do not often come up second hand. This one is in fantastic condition, with no signs of wear other than very light wear on the strap. The complete box/paper set is included. My price is $16500 NET (shipped). Payment via wire preferred. Paypal, cashier's check, or money order okay, but you cover fees based on your choice of form of payment. I will cover shipping and insurance within CONUS. I have countless references on numerous forums for many high-dollar transactions. Contact me with any questions. All trades considered. Sorry for the terrible pics. It's hard to capture of the beauty of the watch with an iPhone. :) |
