ROLEX SUBMARINER lightly faded Fat Font insert (see pics) missing luminous material, so the metal dot back pushes out.

I could have just listed it without but I figured maybe someone can restore the dot?
I've seen Genuine dots with nice patina on TRF for $200-$250
