Datejust II on Leather? Anyone???
Pining over a DJII recently and thought about how versatile it could be with either the bracelet or a nice leather strap.
Anyone out there have some shots of such a creature? Cheers |

I'm curious.
Should look good. I wish the jubilee were available on the DJII to dress it up, but a nice leather strap might be nice. As long as it's a dressy strap and not a vintage/Hodinkee/NATO monstrosity! Those are reserved for professional series!! |

I am in clear violation of the "pictures-or-it-didn't-happen" law, but I just ordered end links from George, specifically for dressing up my SS Daytona/black with a croc strap. I'm bringing out the tool box for another project, so maybe I'll assemble the Daytona/strap combo later today. Of course, this particular option is already in the Rolex catalogue, so if you glance at any white gold/strap combo you already have an idea what it looks like. The light brown strap in the photo above is evidence the DJII looks great on an exotic-skin strap. Would love to see it with a pair of end links! |
