Ref. 16523 2T...(Cheapest Daytona todate)

Err buddies...with the continue soaring prices of Pre-Owned SS Daytona 16520(Zenith 400/Cal.4030)...n SS Daytona 116520(Cal.4130) in the Asian markets...perhaps the 2T Gold/SS variants of these Daytona 16520 n 116520(soon to be discontinued as well)...could be the cheapest options...for now.

What do the buddies here think? Are the 2T Daytona(s) cheaper in US n Europe markets as well...?

Please comment...TQ.

The TT version can be found for several thousand dollars cheaper in the US. The SS version is super hot at the moment. I'm glad I'm not lusting for the SS version.

It's true. I asked my AD and they told me SS is premium and TT is discounted.
Go figure.

I may be in the minority but I like them all. I just really like the Daytona and would buy a white dial in any metal or combination of metals, even the leather bands - I like 'em all.

Yes, and based on this, I cannot understand why some people lust over the SS, when the TT can be found for less money!

Err buddies...appreciates the generous feedbacks...

Would it be safe to say...that Rolex has issued more 2T variants as compared with the standard SS versions(less production?)...which might explain the discounted selling price in stores...?

Err buddies...Orchi was checking around in eBay...n by comparisons...the 18K/SS Daytona(s) are being auctioned at about USD10K bracket or less...at about USD8K depending on conditions of the watches + accessories.

Meantime...the pure SS Daytona variants are being traded well above USD10K...while some asking prices would rise up well over USD20K for SS variants that have rare dials...

But Orchi thinks...very soon the scenario might be reversed...
