Who's up for a GTG Sydney Australia before end of year?

Hi everyone,

Was thinking of having a GTG before end of year festivities.

What are your thoughts?

OK, but I had better check my social calendar with my PA (in other words ask the wife what she has booked for us in the next few weeks!)

A new watch is not a requirement. I'm certainly not buying another one for a while!

I'm not in town till the 27th of December John, and will be flying around the country side a bit for the first few weeks unfortunately..

Was hoping to get a GTG going on the Friday 23rd of Jan (but it is the Aus day long weekend), so not sure if that will work for some folks.?!.

I'll keep an eye on this thread though, and if I'm able to skip to Sydney for the evening late December, I'll certainly try!

Looking forward to a catchup with the familiar, and the new!!

Mark you will be more than welcome, we are not as discriminating as we may appear, a watch (Rolex or other) and you are in. Even if you turned up with a clean skin wrist you probably would still get a start, but your wrist would feel lonely.

In that case I look forward to being there and shall not allow my wrist to experience such harsh emotional turmoil ;)

John,

For those who have not been to the steak place we will need a contact. I was at flying fish the other week, which reminded me how nice the "wine room" private dining room is, Peter could even come by boat I expect. I had a steak there the other week that was awesome. Happy to go wherever.

I believe you have been at steersons. Thinking about it, must have been 3 years ago? Not sure......
I'm open to any venue anyway around the wharf / bay area.
