Your DDII & Casual attire

Most pictures of DDIIs I've noticed around the forum are with formal attire. Although I agree it's a formal watch but at the same time I believe it's more sporty than its previous version and looks good worn casually aswell. So go ahead and show your pictures. Although I don't have a picture myself lol, but will join in soon..happy posting.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a formal watch, it's an expensive watch that you can wear with dressy attire, or casual.

Don't get to wear mine much as of late. Incredible watch. I tend to wear this with suits. I actually wear my Skydweller on a more daily basis.

I have a DD and not a DDII, but I tend to wear shorts and t-shirts on a regular basis. I don't really wear the DD unless I'm semi-dressing up.

If I had a DD or DDII, I would wear it 100% of the time I was awake and clothed.

DDII anything but a formal watch. Formal watches aren't 41mm and on bracelets. They are 40mm and less and on leather straps. The only formal watch Rolex makes is the Cellini line. My DDII like my 5980 1R in pic above is a weekend watch unless casual day at office.

Blame our Chris, GMT Master, it wasn't on my radar but then he got one in and once I tried it on I was smitten so now I'm just paying it forward, mate . Here's another from back when we had some nice sun and the dial really comes alive

Wow, I never noticed that. Because of its size I sort of think that it lines up more as a sport watch then a formal one.

Anytime

I have a friend and she wears her DDII all the time: casual, working out at the gym, out on a wave runner, and equally going to client meetings and formal evening events. Makes no difference.
