What's a good discount at an AP AD
A buddy's got his eye on a RO or ROO thanks to me going on about AP all this time.
He's found an AD that offered 20% on the 15400. Is that good enough or does anyone know of better discounts from ADs. The RRP was 15,500€ (19,000USD) and the discount brings it to 12,400€ (15,400USD)

That's an okay discount, but my AD has done better then that... Especially on something like an 15400 which you can find easily.

Not sure it's worth it to him but he could take a round trip flight to NYC and pick the watch up for 2k-2500 less and enjoy the weekend.

Yes. 15400 can be had from an AD here $13500 usd then shipped out of state to mitigate taxes. Give or take 1000 depending on the location and your negotiation skills. 15400s are available in abundance though and an easy watch to get a discount on.

20% is solid, anything more would be a bonus.

I did better than that but have a great sales guy at the AD combined with stock pre price rise here in Australia. Does not sound to bad a deal.

Thanks for all the comments. Looks like a visit to the U.S could be a good idea
